An interiors firm run by an engineer
Kovai Interior People started in February 2006 and is run by Mr. Jeevanandam, who spent five years as a site engineer before founding the firm. He has led it for 20 years.
We take interior, civil and electrical work as one contract. That means fewer hand-offs, one schedule, and one team answerable for the result. We keep enough carpenters, painters and site crews to run projects without delays.
Customer delight and care
Customer delight and customer care are the first objectives we hold ourselves to.
On-time delivery
Handing over on the date we commit to is one of our stated company objectives.
